We worked with Andrew Urban as we sold our home in Benicia last year. He did extensive work with us over the months preceding our placing the home on the market. He has a number of local contractors and professionals that we used to make minor repairs as well as a wonderful stager that we believe made a huge difference in our ultimate over-the-asking-price offer. Andrew was our realtor twice. The first time, we were selling our longtime home in Benicia. Andrew assessed our home, made recommendations for minor upgrades and repairs and helped us find reputable contractors to do the work. He was always respectful of our budget and our goals and told us which fixes would give us the most bang for our buck. Our home sold quickly at a price we were happy with. Other, similar homes remained on the market much longer than ours.

Andrew was also our realtor when we found and purchased our next home in Benicia. Our needs had changed and he showed us several homes that met our criteria.
