Ask yourself these five questions from Gary Keller to prepare for 2022.
Having a great year doesn’t come automatically; you have to work toward it. I was one of the top 100 Keller Williams solo agents that were invited to go to a mastermind with Gary Keller, the founder of Keller Williams Realty, which took place just after Thanksgiving. He asked us an array of centering questions, focusing on what we should think about, how next year will go, and how we should prepare ourselves philosophically for what’s coming in 2022. Here are a few of the questions he asked us that you should consider as well:
1. Who are you?
“Knowing what motivates you may just keep you young.”
2. What do you believe to be true?
3. What motivates you, or what’s your ‘why’? I love this question because you can also think about what excites you. Gary believes that when you have the answer to this question, it keeps you young.
4. Why do you work so hard? Maybe it’s because you want to serve your clients the best you can.
5. What regrets do you wish to avoid? That’s an excellent question for us because our team wants to ensure we focus on our family and friends. Gary reminded us that it’s not about the money.
